Return policy

You can return undamaged items within 30 days. Please make sure that unframed works do not show any signs of use, stains, visible fingerprints or similar.

We will cover the return shipping costs for orders with standard shipping. However, if your order was shipped as bulky goods or via freight forwarding, we will not cover the return shipping costs.

Credit for your return will be issued within 14 days after we receive your package.

How do I return items?

Send us a short email to kontakt@kunst100.com . We will send you a return label. Feel free to tell us something about the reasons for your return. This way we can learn and better understand your wishes.

Put the items in the package and pack the order as you received it. If you have already discarded packing materials, please use at least equally protective packing materials or contact us. Attach the enclosed return label to the outside of the package. The return shipment is then free of charge for you and goes to the correct recipient.

You can drop off the package at DHL parcel stores and packing stations. Please keep the return receipt until we confirm your return. Here you can find return stations in your area.

If you see in the tracking that we have received your return, please give us up to 14 days to check and credit it.
