Delivery times:
Our delivery time is between 4 to 20 business days. As soon as we receive your order, we will pack your work and get it ready for shipment. We strive to complete this process as quickly as possible.
Packing & Security
Our artworks are all shipped safely and insured. We have some experience in shipping artwork and provide the packages with a note for our shipping partner to handle the package carefully. Framed artwork is shipped by us securely padded in package form. Single artworks without frames are packed in a secure art roll in which the work is optimally protected. Should there be any damage, we will of course assume liability.
In addition, we pack 90% plastic-free. Most orders even 100% recyclable packing material.

Express shipping
If you need your artwork soon in a hurry, we can arrange for express shipping. Please contact our service under kontakt@kunst100.com. Depending on the size of the artwork, you can expect shipping costs of around 20 euros here.
Shipment tracking
After you order, we will deliver your package within 4-6 business days by standard shipping. Once a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can track the progress of the shipment.
Can I change again when and where my package will be delivered?
DHL always sends you a parcel notification e-mail. You can specify your desired delivery location, such as a parcel store, or change the delivery day.
Wo ist mein Paket?
Please check the tracking to see if the package was left with a neighbor. If it is not with a neighbor and the shipping status has not changed for 5 days, please contact us at kontakt@kunst100.com. If the parcel carrier does not meet you at home, you can check the tracking to see if your package has been left with a neighbor or at a store, for example..
Returns & Reversals
I would like to return an item.
All our items (except gift certificates) can be returned within 30 days. We bear the costs for the return shipment. Exceptions are freight forwarding and bulky goods deliveries. Here, the buyer bears the cost of return shipping. To receive a return label contact our service at kontakt@kunst100.com.

I have received a damaged package
We are sorry if you received a damaged package. Please contact our service department at kontakt@kunst100.com. There you will be helped immediately.
I have received an item that I did not order Please excuse if you received the wrong item. Please send it back and make a note on the return slip.
Shipping other
Delivery to a packing station Unfortunately, due to the size of our shipments, we cannot deliver packages to Packstations. Delivery to a Hermes or DPD ParcelShop Since we cooperate with DHL, we unfortunately cannot deliver packages to Hermes or DPD parcel stores. Which countries does Kunst100 deliver to? We deliver to all countries within the European Union as well as Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
