SHANNON AMEY

My work explores notions of identity as it connects to the memory of experiences. I investigate individual and collective memory from single to cultural points of view. Primary research is through interviews and observation, where I gain insight and perspective. Secondary sources such as photographs present an opportunity for analysis and interpretation.
